You have your gym membership, tanning membership, Netflix membership, you may even have a wine delivery membership. So why, when you can buy one at a time or even in packages, would you add a flotation therapy membership?
Accountability and Wellness Commitment
When you pay for a service one at a time or even in packages you tend to be less committed. When utilizing a monthly membership at any level, you are making a promise to yourself that you are committed to doing something wonderful for your body and your mind on a regular basis. Being a member also helps make you more accountable. The service is already paid for, so all you need to do is book, go, and float!
Time Slides By
You mean to make your next appointment, but you don’t, there is so much going on that you tell yourself you will make it tomorrow. Then tomorrow flies by and soon it’s off your radar- only to be reminded when it’s excruciating obvious that your body and your mind need you to float. Life happens so quickly, having a membership makes scheduling easier. You can plan in advance that the first Thursday of the month is the time for your self care and float. Or even every other Tuesday. Setting a flotation schedule ensures that time doesn’t pass without you taking care of yourself.
Get More
Choosing a membership often has more “perks” than using a service as a one off. These can include something special on your birthday (who doesn’t want a way to celebrate turning 25…. Again), using your membership at more than one location (suddenly there’s a better reason to visit the in laws since a float center just opened near them), and even benefiting from partnerships your spa may have (gotta love a free smoothie!)
A floatation therapy membership is a commitment, a commitment to yourself. A commitment to help with sleep deprivation and pain/stress relief. It’s a commitment to work on being your very best self.
